Restliche Zutaten zuf\u00fcgen und ca. 5 Minuten in der K\u00fcchenmaschine kneten.\n                      <br>Teig zu einer gew\u00fcnschten Form bringen (Laib, Kugel usw.) formen, in ein Simperl geben und ca. 60 Minuten zugedeckt ruhen lassen.\n                      <br>Dann auf ein Backblech st\u00fcrzen, mit Wasser bespr\u00fchen und noch einmal ca. 15 Minuten gehen lassen..<\/p>\n                    <p>Backrohr auf 230 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/p>\n                    <p>Brot 15 Minuten bei 230 \u00b0C backen, dann bei 180 \u00b0C fertig backen (ca. 20 bis 30 Minuten), bis das Brot eine Kerntemperatur von 95 \u00b0C erreicht hat.\n                      <br>Auf ein Gitter legen, mit Milch bestreichen und ausk\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n                  <\/div>\n                <\/div>\n
